Church isn’t just meant to be watched, it’s meant to be lived! When you serve at Southbridge, you become part of what God is doing in and through our church each week. No matter your experience or skill set, there’s a team where you can make an impact.

Bridge Kids is all about building a foundation in Jesus that lasts. By serving on this team, you help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where children can learn God’s Word, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their faith. Whether you’re rocking babies, leading activities, or helping families feel at home, your role can make a lasting impact on the next generation. During Community Hour, volunteers help make disciples by teaching classes and caring for younger children so families can engage in biblical community. Your role helps create an environment where people can grow deeper in their faith.

Worship Care volunteers serve during our 11:00 worship service by caring for young children in a safe, loving environment. Your role helps parents fully engage in worship while knowing their little ones are well cared for.

We occasionally have additional childcare needs for special events, classes, or gatherings outside of Sunday mornings. Some of these opportunities may be paid and offer flexible ways to serve families at Southbridge.

If you love music, technology, or working behind the scenes, the Worship & Production Team could be a great fit for you. From vocalists and instrumentalists to audio, lighting, and media volunteers, this team works together each week to make our Sunday Worship Gathering happen.

The Worship Team leads our church in worship each Sunday through music. Whether you play an instrument or serve as a vocalist, your gifts can help create meaningful moments that point people to Jesus.

If you enjoy technology and working behind the scenes, the Production Team is a great place to serve. Audio engineers, lighting techs, livestream, and slide volunteers help bring every Sunday service to life.

The Social Media Team helps tell the story of what God is doing at Southbridge both on Sundays and throughout the week. From capturing photos during services to creating posts and graphics, this team helps keep our church connected and informed. 

First Impressions are important! These teams create a welcoming experience for everyone that visits Southbridge. From assisting with parking and greeting guests at the door to a fresh cup of coffee in the cafe, these teams help people feel comfortable, cared for, and connected on Sunday mornings. 

This team gets the honor of being the first volunteer to greet guests when they visit Southbridge. A warm smile and a heart to serve is needed for this team. 

The Welcome Team greets guests, helps people find where they need to go, answers questions, and gets first time guests connected on Sunday mornings.

We might not function on Sunday without this team. Between the yummy pastries and fresh coffee, serving here is a gift to the whole congregation.

Our Men’s and Women’s Ministries create opportunities for people to grow in their faith through community, discipleship, and intentional relationships. These teams help lead gatherings, events, and studies that pour into men and women individually. If you love pouring into people at all stages in life, this is team for you.

Our Men’s Ministry helps lead opportunities for connection, discipleship, and spiritual growth for men at Southbridge. Through gatherings and discipleship opportunities, this ministry helps men find community and encouragement.

Through ongoing Bible studies and special events, our Women’s Ministry helps women grow spiritually and build meaningful relationships with their faith family. 

Bridge Moms focuses in on our mothers at Southbridge. This team exists to encourage mothers and help them build deep, discipling relationships with one another and their children. 

Our Next Gen ministry exists to help students and young adults know God’s word, grow in their faith, and live on mission in their schools, on campus, and beyond. By serving in these ministries, you have the opportunity to invest in the next generation through relationships, discipleship, and intentional community that can shape their faith for years to come. 

Bridge College helps equip college students to live as followers of Jesus, reach their campus, and be sent wherever God leads them next. By serving in this ministry, you can invest in students during a pivotal season of life and help them build a faith that lasts beyond their college years. 

Bridge Students helps middle and high school students know God’s Word, grow in their faith, and go make disciples. By serving through small groups, Wednesday gatherings, and special events, you have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help students follow Jesus during some of their most formative years. 

Have a creative side or just love to help plan? Southbridge has lots of events throughout the year and they require a team to help make them happen. From local blood drives to Bridge Bash in the summer, there's always something to help plan. These teams use creativity and leadership to help open our doors to our local community.

Our Decor and Events team helps makes plans come together! Whether its something with a little DIY or helping put together the final product, this team helps our church decorate for all seasons.

 Blood drives with the American Red Cross are a part of how Southbridge gets connected with our local community. Serving on this team means opening the door for new faces to experience the love of Christ each time they visit to donate blood.
